Teva is searching for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our neuroscience sales team in the Atlanta area. This position will be part of the sales team focused on the neurology space and responsible for the performance of our existing Neurology products for the treatment of movement disorders. The RSM will hire, onboard, and build out a regional team comprised of 8-10 sales associates. The RSM will be responsible for achieving and delivering results in a compliant and ethical manner. The RSM will possess an understanding of organizational objectives and align resources appropriately to meet those objectives. While pursuing their goals, the incumbent will uphold the culture and values of Teva in all interactions and business matters. They will analyze trends and apply knowledge to help the sales team accomplish its sales goals. Additionally, the RSM will effectively and efficiently plan and complete all business activities via aligned objectives and analytics and will maximize available resources. The RSM will build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial networks/relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The RSM will possess impactful and influential communication and presentation skills and keep the objective in mind while moving the sales team towards a solution.Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, coach, and retain top talent for the Teva Neuroscience sales teamDevelop expertise and coach others on regional business focus areas, including settings of care, payer and pull through opportunities, and flawless execution of the marketing strategyDevelop effective business plans to meet and exceed regional sales goalsCoach/train others on different settings of care to identify key business opportunitiesDemonstrate a collaborative sales approach and coordinate efforts between sales leadership, other Teva sales teams, market access, sales operations, and trainingAdhere to all Teva compliance guidelines, operate with integrity, and ensure the sales team adheres to these policiesReview weekly/monthly data reports to identify trends and make plans to address concernsCoach teams on the execution of the defined call plan for each territory representativeCoach teams towards success from hire date onward, providing appropriate counseling, encouragement, and oversight to ensure effective execution of brand strategySpend 90+ days in the field, supporting local sales representativesThis area will cover GA, SC and south to Jacksonville, FL.Your experience and qualifications

Any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.Education/Certification/Experience

Bachelor's degree requiredA minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical first line sales management or related people management or for internal candidates demonstrated leadership ability to manage teams requiredA record of successfully achieving sales goals and building, coaching, and developing effective sales teams requiredExperience in psychiatric therapeutic areas strongly preferredExperience successfully launching products in the neurology space across multiple settings of care preferredInjectable and in-office administration experience preferredSkills/Knowledge/Abilities

Ability to interact with customers in live and virtual environments and proficiency with technologyUnderstanding of reimbursement coverage and pull through strategies as well as experience in all pertinent settings of business (CMHC, specialty pharmacy, private practice)Proven written and verbal communication skillsValid US driver's license and acceptable driving record requiredTravel Requirements
