The

Brand Manager

will contribute to the success of Momofuku Goods. This role will be responsible for shaping the strategy for all of our product lines (instant noodles, chili crunch, korean bbq sauces, liquids) and ensure top quality execution of brand strategy through Omnichannel tactics. This role will collaborate with a variety of different teams, specifically playing a crucial role in connecting sales and marketing. This role will report to the Director of Brand Management.

Compensation Band:

$110,000 - $135,000 annually

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Omnichannel and Sales team to drive Shopper Marketing initiatives supporting a variety of retailersCreate retailer specific shopper marketing plans and develop shopper activations to generate awareness, trial and loyalty, including digital coupon and rewards programs, retailer marketing, and moreSupport and execute in-store shopper marketing programs (including setup and planning, asset execution), track program performance and deliver reporting as neededPartner with sales on creating account specific plans that include brand growth, expansion and trade strategyAnalyze and summarize key data sources in order to deliver actionable insights across the organization on the current state of the businessIdentify opportunities across all departments to improve overall performance, growth, and profitabilityConduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights into consumer preferences, behaviors, and unmet needs to further build out innovation pipelineRequired Qualifications:

3+ years in retail marketing and/or brand managementStrong Planning, Organization, and Project Management SkillsStrong Excel CapabilitiesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insightsCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiencesAbility to take initiative and work autonomously – you thrive working in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in market research, consumer behavior, business administration, or related field.5 years in retail marketing and/or brand management specifically in the consumer packaged goods industryPast experience working with POS data (Spins, Nielsen, IRI)Experience understanding P&L dynamicsProven understanding and familiarity with the Momofuku Goods brand, systems, and core commitmentsPhysical Demands:
