Momofuku is seeking a highly organized and proactive

Brand Partnerships Project Manager

to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in producing and managing brand partnerships, working closely with our restaurant teams to bring these collaborations to life. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for building strong relationships both internally and externally.

Compensation Band:

$85,000 - $95,000 annually

Presentation and Deck Creation

Create compelling project kickoff decks that clearly communicate goals, timelines, and expectations to all stakeholders.Develop insightful recap decks that highlight campaign performance, key learnings, and future recommendations.Lead and/or support in crafting engaging copy for presentations, decks, and various marketing materials.Analyze the performance of partnership campaigns, using data to generate insights and recommendations for operational and financial improvement.Prepare detailed reports and presentations to share with partners and internal stakeholders (e.g., partnership recaps including key performance metrics, impressions, key learnings, upsell opportunities, etc).Continuously evaluate the operational success of partnerships and identify areas for operational efficiency.Project Planning and Management

Assess internal operations resources and determine feasibility of partnership proposalsServe as the internal lead on brand partnership execution, working directly with FOH and BOH and other operations functions to ensure the successful launch of brand partnerships.Act as a point of contact for clients, supporting the team in maintaining strong relationships and providing excellent customer service.Develop and manage detailed project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure seamless execution of brand partnerships.Continuously monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks and issues to keep projects on track.Use project management tools like Asana to map out and track project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, Design, Accounting, to ensure all partnership deliverables are met in a timely manner.Facilitate campaign kickoffs, client status calls, and recap meetings, capturing detailed notes and outlining next steps for both internal and external teams.Organizational Excellence

Maintain an organized and efficient shared drive, ensuring all project-related documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.Ensure all project materials are presentable and reflect the high standards of the Momofuku brand.Required Qualifications

3-4 years of experience in partnerships, project management, marketing, or a related field.Proven ability to build and maintain strong, mutually respectful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with chefs, GMs, and restaurant operations teamsExperience working with agencies and event producersExceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.Experience with Adobe Creative SuiteProven track record of dependability, a continuous focus on learning and development, and a history of consistently and successfully fulfilling all role responsibilitiesPhysical Demands
