Executive Plant Manager Liaison

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager Liaison to lead and enhance our manufacturing operations around the El Paso-Juarez Borderplex. You will coach and mentor plant management teams, with focus on maximizing efficiency, quality, and productivity. This role requires a strategic entrepreneur with extensive experience in plant management and a strong track record of success.Key ResponsibilitiesCoach and mentor plant management teams to deliver best-in-industry performance in all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production, engineering, quality, materials management, and maintenance.Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and optimize resource utilization.Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed goals in process yields, on-time delivery, cycle time, labor efficiency, and safety.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and systems.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and employee development.Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.Minimum RequirementsMinimum of 10+ years in general management expertise (Operations & P&L) in the manufacturing industry.Strong leadership experience with a proven track record of running operations with 200 employees or more.Proven experience in leading plant turnarounds and achieving operational excellence.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Experience working in Mexico/Latin America and fluency in Spanish.Regular onsite presence in the area is a must.ams OSRAM is an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse, inclusive work environment.
