Director, Digital Strategy • Houston United StatesAs a Director, Digital Strategy, you will be driving performance, guiding account teams and orchestrating growth for top advertisers. This role is for you if you relish managing large client relationships, as well as guiding digital paid media strategy across paid search, social & programmatic (video and display) advertising. While managing client relationships you’ll be an account sponsor for some of our largest accounts while guiding digital paid media strategy with cross-channel integration and strategic activation of channels such as (but not limited to) search, shopping, social, display, video, ecommerce, and affiliate.We are looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing who wants to join a fast-growing, fun digital agency that is hyper-focused on client performance and ROI. You’ll be working at the intersection of online advertising execution and fast start up growth. The ideal candidate is confident in their ability to drive improvements in account performance, but also to manage and develop some of our awesome talent.Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact and client team lead for 2-3 clients with $500k/mo+ in ad spendBuild, manage, and maintain the client relationshipRevenue & retention responsibilities for your accountsDrive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning for your accountsAnalyze performance data and KPIsLead expansion into new digital paid media channels to facilitate growthFamiliar with sensitive advertising groups such as cryptocurrency or healthcareABOUT YOU

7+ years of paid performance digital marketing experienceIdeally have experience working with B2B and B2C clientsExperience forecasting and allocating digital marketing budgets across channelsComfortable digging into the weeds of reporting and ability to present best in class measurement strategies specific to your clients needs (familiarity with MTA, MMA, incrementality testing)Performance marketing specialist but familiar with upper funnel and brand marketing best practicesYou are a communication guru when presenting digital marketing strategy to C-Suite and executive audiencesYou frequently find yourself stepping into leadership roles and want those around you to succeedNot afraid to get in the weeds, but still able to see the trees, forest, and ecosystem‘Driven’ and ‘Innovative’ are attributes commonly associated with you4-year college degree or equivalent work experienceComfortable optimizing toward back-end metrics from a CRM such as SalesforceWhat We Offer
