Senior Director, Digital Strategy • Boston United StatesAs a Senior Director, Digital Strategy, you will be driving performance, guiding account teams and orchestrating growth for a top advertiser. This role is for you if you relish managing a large client relationship, as well as guiding digital paid media strategy across paid search, social, programmatic, direct media, and creative strategy. You have experience and thrive in managing enterprise multi brand client relationships, working with cross channel teams, and supporting growth with a detailed eye on performance for DTC and Retail sales for brands with both an ecommerce and in store sales element.We are looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing who wants to join a fast-growing, fun digital agency that is hyper-focused on client performance and ROI. You’ll be working at the intersection of online advertising execution and continued growth with the structure and support of a large company. The ideal candidate is confident in their ability to drive improvements in account performance, but also to manage and develop some of our awesome talent.Responsibilities

Serve as the strategic lead for an enterprise multi-brand ecommerce and retail accountOversee media strategy for 3 brands with an average monthly media budget of $3-$5MManage 15 person account team across media channels, analytics, and researchAbility to motivate a team, deliver the best for the client and constantly look for new opportunities to growBuild, manage, and maintain the client relationshipRevenue & retention responsibilities for your accountDrive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning for your teamAnalyze performance data and KPIsLead expansion into new digital paid media channels to facilitate growthStay up to date on current digital trends in the marketplaceABOUT YOU

7+ years of paid performance digital marketing experience3+ year in a supervisory role directly overseeing other digital marketing professionalsExperience working with ecommerce and retail CPG brandsExperience forecasting and allocating digital marketing budgets across channelsExperience working on an enterprise level accountYou are a communication guru when presenting digital marketing strategy to C-Suite and executive audiencesYou frequently find yourself stepping into leadership roles and want those around you to succeedYou have experience with utilizing and interpreting audience and competitive market researchNot afraid to get in the weeds, but still able to see the trees, forest, and ecosystem‘Driven’ and ‘Innovative’ are attributes commonly associated with you4-year college degree or equivalent work experienceComfortable optimizing toward back-end metrics from a CRM such as SalesforceWhat We Offer
