$137,400-$183,200Multiple factors, including individual experience, skills, and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Mansfield Mill EHS Manager will be responsible for directing and administering the mill Environmental, Health Services, and Safety programs, policies, and procedures. The EHS Manager must ensure that the mill complies with all applicable environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations and achieve continuous improvement through sustainable EHS management systems.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain effective and sustainable systems, procedures, and training to achieve an accident-free and environmental incident-free mill.Lead change efforts by working effectively with key stakeholders to implement new company and regulatory initiatives.As a key member of the lead team, work with peers to successfully resolve issues and implement improvements in our systems and procedures.Manage the environmental, health services, and safety teams to ensure they are able to successfully meet goals.
Set clear expectations and monitor performance.Provide frequent and candid feedback.Address and resolve performance issues and conflicts.
