Director of R&D
to add to their team in Neenah, WI. Reporting to the president, you will lead the continued development and implementation of a comprehensive, best-in-class approach to
research and development, food safety, sanitation, quality, and regulatory compliance.
As the leader of R&D, your goal will be to provide
high-level strategy
and guidance to take the company into the future. To be successful in this role, you must have a
strong food R&D background , a passion for developing new products, and knowledge of regulatory requirements. In addition to that, you must be a
strategic problem solver
