The IT Systems Administrator is a crucial member of our team, responsible for maintaining and optimizing our organization’s technology infrastructure. This role has responsibilities over various systems, ensuring security, troubleshooting issues, and supporting end-users.1. Endpoint Management and Security:

Configuration and management of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager EnvironmentConfigure and manage Intune policies for workstations to manage and secure all user devices.Approve and deploy applications using Intune.Implement security measures such as AppLocker and BitLocker.Maintain OS images, driver updates, and firmware patches.Troubleshoot and resolve workstation-related issues.Serve as Escalation Point for the IT Support Specialist team.Manage commission and conference room technology.2. Microsoft 365 Administration:

Maintain Exchange mailboxes, groups, and distribution lists.Maintain Teams telephony and call groups configurations.Perform daily health checks and address any issues.Review and release emails flagged by security tools.Collaborate with Records Management team for data governance policies to implement in Microsoft Purview.3. Active Directory Administration:

Monitor and troubleshoot synchronization issues with Entra ID.Ensure accurate user provisioning and deprovisioning.Collaborate with other teams to maintain a seamless user experience.Manage and monitor Azure for multifactor authentication (MFA).4. Systems Administration:

Support custom workstation solutions and enterprise application upgrades.Manage Monthly Microsoft Windows Server Patching.Maintain the health of the System Center Virtual Machine Manager environment.Maintain and update all Group Policy configurations.5. Network and Infrastructure Maintenance:

Troubleshoot network issues.Complete Cisco switch and Access Point and security camera updates as needed.Monitor and maintain infrastructure data center components to include UPS systems and cable infrastructure.Monitor SolarWinds and other systems to quickly identify outages and respond and resolve.Parse Video data for PRRs or security requests.Troubleshoot physical security system.6. Security and Compliance:

Oversee the assigned ITIL practices in accordance with the designated responsibilities.Implement resolution for identified endpoint vulnerabilities.Implement and maintain account security measures, including multifactor authentication.Participate in the DR (Disaster Recovery) and IR (Incident Response) teams and attend all exercises as scheduled.Participate on the Incident Response Team (IRT)Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field is required.At least four (4) years of increasingly responsible experience in this or a related field is required. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.Professional Certifications:

ITIL Foundations preferred.A+ Certification preferred.Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or related certification preferred.Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or related certification preferred.Cisco CCNA certification desired.CompTIA Security+ desired.Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of Windows operating systems.Knowledge of system architecture, processes, and file systems.Familiarity with network protocols, IP addressing, and routing.Understanding of DNS (Domain Name System), DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), and subnetting.Skills:

High level of proficiency working with Windows operating systems including Windows 10 / Windows 11 and Windows Server 2019 / 2022.High level of proficiency managing and troubleshooting MECM and Intune.Experience with managing and troubleshooting AD (Active Directory) accounts.Experience with Microsoft 365 including Exchange, Teams and Entra ID (Azure AD).Familiarity with virtualization technologies, Hyper-V experience a plus.Scripting and Automation: Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.A good understanding of networking protocols and security.Basic networking knowledge of Cisco switches.Experience administrating backup and recovery systems.Abilities:
