Would you like to start your career in advising well-known automotive and manufacturing companies as well as start-ups and scale-ups on management and organizational challenges and guide them towards the future?Welcome to MHP – join us to develop and implement groundbreaking strategies, innovative products and services for our clients!ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor our Change Management team, fostering growth and collaborationAdvise clients on complex organizational transformations and change management initiativesFormulate and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with business objectives and SAP ImplementationsDevelop tailored training programs to equip employees with SAP-related skillsManage communication plans to engage stakeholders throughout change initiativesProactively address resistance to change and adapt strategies for SAP implementationsEvaluate effectiveness of change initiativesPerform detailed stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment, including roles and responsibilitiesCreate change management processes and implement the tools to help the organization’s personnel quickly adopt any changes that take placeIdentify any resistance to proposed changes and manage it accordinglyDrive business development effortsQualifications
Master’s Degree in Organizational Development, Change Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent educationProven experience in change management strategy and organizational developmentProven experience influencing senior level Executives, including C-suite, to invest in Change Management initiativesFlexible and resilient. Ability to challenge, persevere, and thrive in ambiguous situations.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills within multiple environments and teams who may have diverse viewpoints and needs.Prior involvement in IT implementations, particularly with expertise in SAP S/4HANA rollouts is advantageousAbility to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to foster organizational growth and business developmentProficiency in project management tools and methodologiesCertification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is a plusExcellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and informative training sessions both in-person and remotely.Facilitation of workshops (e.g. focus groups, conceptual design, process/role mapping)Strong visualization skills in PowerPoint or similar toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPercentage of required travel: up to 100%Physical requirements:
This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.What We Offer:
