Bankruptcy Attorney

We are looking for an experienced bankruptcy attorney to help our clients overcome unmanageable debt. Seeking someone with experience representing consumer debtors in Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and adversary proceedings. Responsibilities: • Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responses • Stay updated on changing applicable laws and statutes on the local, state, and federal levels • Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings • Consult with clients, determine strategy, inform and educate clients throughout the debt relief process • Mentor and direct support staff in proper fulfilment of legal services Qualifications: • Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills • Able to work independently while handling multiple files • Member of State Bar of Arizona in good standing • 2+ years of experience representing consumer debtors in bankruptcy proceedings • Working knowledge of other areas of law (family law, personal injury, tax, contract) is a big plus Compensation: $90,000
