Duties and responsibilities include:Provide input to master schedule of all initiatives and efforts conducted and led by this contract.Manage and allocate all personnel and staffing (including development, training, maintenance of staff clearance and evaluation).Maintain the Program Management Plan (PgMP) as per Section 2.1.2, to include all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLA) covering all associated tasks.Coordinate and communicate with the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Government Technical Monitors (GTMs) as well as additional management and technical personnel.Work cooperatively across the organization and the Department along with other contractors, stakeholders and USG personnel.Maintain an accurate deliverable list as per the PWS.Ensure Assessment and Risk schedules are updated and maintained per Government direction.Allocate and assign resources; Ensure expertise is identified to meet PWS requirements.Identify and ensure that all risks are assessed for probability and impact, and mitigated as appropriate.Identify and implement process improvements on a continuous basis in an effort to improve both the timeliness and quality of work products.Resolve problems with minimal disruption to the activities being performed under the contract.Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and government representatives to develop a comprehensive security strategy tailored to secure software products, infrastructure and applications, aligned with government security standards.Required Qualifications:Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).10 years of experience managing multi-project portfolios.Have track record as an effective communicator (oral and written) with the ability to work professionally and collaboratively with software development teams, vendors, government stakeholders, and diverse groups.Have well-developed time management, schedule coordination, and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to track and manage project budgets would be a strong asset.Ability to analyze, evaluate, and provide recommendations on complex software architectures, infrastructure, and security implementations, emphasizing adherence to government regulations.Desired Qualifications:Experience in secure software development practices, SecDevOps principles, policy development, and working with government compliance requirements (ideally specifying relevant ones like FISMA or FedRAMP).Relevant cybersecurity or Zero Trust certifications.Experience leading workshops or training sessions on Zero Trust concepts for development teams.Agile and/or SAFe certifications preferred.Clearance Requirement:
