Gunnison is seeking well-qualified, motivated Remedy Engineers and Admins to support our government customers. Apply today and we will be in touch!Duties and responsibilities include:Support BMC Remedy operations and maintenance projects.Troubleshoot incidents and problems with the Remedy System as needed.Perform patching and deployments.Support the implementation of system enhancements to improve system reliability and performance.Required Qualifications:2-4+ years of relevant experience.Hands-on experience supporting Remedy development and/or administration.ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation certification preferred.BMC Certified Associate (Remedy/Helix) preferred.Education Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree required (equivalent experience may be substituted).Clearance Requirement:
