Plant Manager – Redmond, WAKing & Prince Seafood is seeking outstanding candidates for a key leadership role as Plant Manager for our processing operations in Redmond, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a world class team and grow our business in the value-added seafood manufacturing industry.What you will do:The Plant Manager proactively leads and manages all aspects of plant manufacturing operations to achieve the business objectives of King & Prince Seafood. This position provides leadership and inspiration to create a high-performance plant operations team responsible for the safe and efficient production of quality seafood products.What you need:
Bachelor’s degree, engineering or food science preferred10 + years’ experience in manufacturing with at least 5 years in leadership roles.Multi-shift/line food processing and batter/breading protein processing experience preferredTechnological proficiency with current manufacturing best-practicesExceptional leadership and communication skillsProven ability to motivate, engage and develop team membersOutstanding analytical, problem solving and decision-making skillsWhat we offer:As a top employer in the seafood industry for over 100 years, King & Prince Seafood is a global supplier of high quality and sustainable seafood products to the restaurant and food service industry.
