As a

Senior Technical Engineer , you must have at least 10+ years of experience.Responsibilities:Design, configure, and architect the implementation of Microsoft 365 subscriptions, including device management and data management.Integrate ICAM solutions and authorized cloud services.Maintain M-22-09 compliant Zero Trust security following best practices authorized under SP800-53Rev5.Lead all planning and design activities, proactively adjusting to changing business, security, and governance requirements.Lead governance and compliance efforts to manage customer data securely and cost-effectively, including Microsoft 365 information governance, records management, and data connectors.Manage privacy/data breach incidents, forensics, eDiscovery, and audits.Oversee eDiscovery, data holds, auditing, and alert policies.Establish and manage a feedback loop to adapt services based on customer insights.Share security event data with the SOC and provide guidance on best practices for securing Microsoft 365 environments.Ensure robust management of enterprise devices across the organization to maintain security and operational efficiency, aligning with Zero Trust security principles.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 12+ years of prior or relevant experience or Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical roles with significant exposure to client communications and managing customer-centric solutions.Experience with Microsoft platforms, including M365 (Exchange Online, Endpoint Manager, Configuration Manager, Intune, Purview, Autopilot, Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform).Communication and collaboration skills.Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to rapid changes in technology.Experience interacting with government technical counterparts.Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or EquivalentExperience:
