Physical Therapist

The primary purpose of the Physical Therapist will be to provide therapy to children with disabilities at their school or home setting. The Physical Therapist is expected to create and carry out treatment plans and evaluate the needs of students.**We have cases available not only in White Plains, but all across Westchester County. Apply now to learn more about these locations!Responsibilities :Delivery of services to school aged children.· Manage schedule to maximize IEP compliance (i.e., see all students on caseload per schedule)· Write daily and quarterly progress reports on progress toward IEP objectives· Write progress notes for case reviews and special meetingsDevelops and reviews patient care plans.Participates in clinical quality assurance initiativesProvides patient education through verbal explanation, visual demonstration, or written documentationRequirements:· Physical Therapist License (NYS)· 1 year experience in clinical pediatric environment preferred, but not necessary.· NYSED Fingerprint clearance
