Financial Information Center Regional Lead

They are driven by their core values: respect, innovation, and collaboration.The Financial Information Center (FIC) Regional Lead is an integral part of our client’s Financial Analysis team and will be responsible for providing insight into the economic performance and financial health of clients, matters, and legal teams, while building and maintaining complex analytical models that leverage the firm’s data to provide insightful analysis and responding to specific requests of business partners and leading those colleagues toward a robust financial outcome. This role will be located in our Global Services Office located in downtown Los Angeles office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.Other key responsibilities include:Leveraging project management principles to manage firmwide financial projects and complete other complex financial requests needed by department managementApplying business, economic, finance, and accounting principles to the firm’s internal financial data to help firm leaders simplify and ultimately solve complex problems; leveraging SAP Business Objects to query data and Excel to effectively and efficiently synthesize that dataEnsuring emails received through the team’s shared email are handled in a timely professional manner, including prioritizing urgent requests, and ensuring effective handoff with the team in the next time zoneDeveloping standard tools for reporting and analyzing dataMaintaining detailed records documenting procedures and assumptions, methodologies, and sources of information employed during the performance of all analytical tasksWe’d love to hear from you if you:Demonstrate excellent analytical skillsDisplay the ability to work independently to research, analyze, and develop financial informationPossess the organizational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlinesAnd have:A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related fieldA minimum of five (5) years’ analytical experience in finance or accountingSuccessful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment but will also be provided with a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
