Hybrid, travel less than 25% Boston, moving data center out of Florida, data center in Dallas, possible other brand offices, maybe a little shipboard travel.Required:• Experience in developing, testing, and maintaining disaster recovery plans and business continuity planning (10+ years);• Leadership experience, capable of providing strategic direction, managing teams, and coordinating with executives and VPs (7+ years);• Experience with IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, and their relationship to business processes;• Experience conducting risk assessments and business impact analysis, identifying vulnerabilities, and proposing mitigation strategies;• Experience managing crises effectively, including coordinating response and communication during and after business disruptions.Preferred:• Experience in project management, particularly in running disaster recovery tests and updating business continuity processes;• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors for recovery solutions;• Experience with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to disaster recovery and business continuity;• Certified Business Continuity Planner or Disaster Recovery Certified Specialist;• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.Responsibilities
