Resource Nurse (RN-Registered Nurse)
Responsibilities:
Provide Interim Clinical Support where needed for the roles of: DON, ADON, Unit Manager, Nurse Practice Educator.
Define and maintain the standards of practice within the facility.
Ensure the Nursing Department remains in compliance with guidelines and regulations.
Participate in surveys and inspections by government agencies.
Complete audits according to the interim role to ensure that staff are maintaining appropriate level of care/level of skill.
Other duties as assigned by Regional Team.

Qualifications:
Prior DON experience in Long Term Care is REQUIRED.
Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
Computer knowledge with Electronic Health Record experience.
Reliable transportation plan.
License:
Must have an Active RN license.
