Position OverviewThe Division of Cardiovascular Medicine is seeking a dynamic and accomplished researcher to join our esteemed faculty. The successful candidate will have a robust track record in cardiovascular research. The candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of cardiovascular specialists through lectures, seminars, and hands-on training. This position also includes opportunities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians, engineers, and basic scientists, fostering a synergistic approach to cardiovascular research. Access to extensive institutional resources will support the candidates research endeavors, facilitating impactful discoveries and contributions to the field of cardiovascular medicine.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe duties for this position include writing and publishing research in high quality peer reviewed scientific journals; attending and making presentations of research at national and international scientific conferences; and developing national and international scholarly reputation. The position also instructs and mentors junior scientists, doctoral and postdoctoral students, medical students, residents and fellow trainees; participates in department, college and university committees and initiatives.
