Mid-Level Financial Systems Analyst TS/SCI with Poly REQUIRED

CGI Federal members will support the objectives of Financial Management Business Office for a government agency to create, plan, and implement solutions for the improved processing, analysis, collection, organization, storage, management, retrieval, and use of financial data from across the enterprise.Your future duties and responsibilities:
As a member of a team that supports the Financial Management Directorate, duties will include:Assist the government with financial management operations.Monitors and coordinates program resource allocations.Supports Government representatives at meetings.Supports future system enhancements.Understand the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution Cycle.Develops and validates financial requirements.Supporting program schedule development.Developing and maintaining system documentation and training materials.Developing methodologies for migrating data including validation of information migrated to a new system.After operational needs for enhancements or system changes are assessed, define and assist in the development of technical requirements and specifications for development and test.Participation in joint meetings related to operations and maintenance of Core Financial Systems.Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
TS/SCI with poly REQUIREDPossess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business-related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Computer Science, Economics.8 years’ of demonstrated experience with federal financial processes and tools.Experience in assessing federal financial business processes, developing financial systems options, and implementing systems solutions to include demonstrated experience with federal financial management including all aspects of programming, planning, budgeting, execution and/or accounting.Demonstrated experience conducting analysis that may involve complex technical parameters, acquisition and logistics requirements, schedule constraints, procurement and business principles and similar cost-influencing factors.Demonstrated experience developing life cycle cost estimates utilizing various methodologies (i.e. parametric, analogous, engineering judgement, etc.)Desired skills:
Demonstrated experience in schedule, cost risk and benefits analysis.Demonstrated experience implementing financial systems in the federal environment from both a systems and functional perspective.Demonstrated experience in system business case development.Demonstrated experience with Adobe Captivate.3 years' experience with Momentum Financial suite.What you can expect from us:
