Job Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team, who will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in the software solutions and staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software solutions and staffing industry trends and be able to identify and cultivate new business relationships. The candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be a self-starter, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Sell software development services to new and existing clientsGenerate new leads through outbound calls, messaging, and social media referrals.Identify potential C-suite and manager-level clients in the IT industry and develop relationships with them.Create and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets.Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and establish new business relationships.Negotiate contracts with clients and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.Provide regular reports on sales activity and progress towards revenue targets.Continuously assess market trends and competition and adjust sales strategies accordingly.Qualifications:

Experience selling software development and/or technology servicesBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales in the software solutions and staffing industry.Preferred experience selling onshore and off-shore software development servicesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently.Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.Understanding of software solutions and staffing industry trends.Willingness to travel as required.Salary:

The salary for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
