Responsible for the retention, upselling and cross selling of an assigned book of Personal Lines business for accounts over $10k in premium. Must work independently and proactively with managing all aspects of account management and servicing, handling client questions, requests, and coverage reviews.

Responsibilities Include:Responsible for quoting on carrier sites, including application preparation, loss analysis, pre-underwriting of the risk for professional, quality new and renewal submissions.Analyze and compare carrier quotes for proper coverage, terms and conditions in order to present the best coverage solutions to the client.Comfortably having conversations with clients to explain the impact of current market trends, increased cost of materials, reconstruction costs and the impact felt on renewal premiums as a result of inflation.Execute policy issuance, obtain pertinent signed applications and follow up for download in agency management system.Support sales and growth objectives of the agency through cross selling, up selling, and retaining existing business.Process incoming mail, faxes, emails, underwriting requests.Process policy change requests, issue Evidence of Insurance, ID Cards/Binders and the like.Review Daily Communication Log and process changes/updates accordingly in the agency management system.Review and close Activities daily, attach client emails to EPIC daily.Utilize EPIC Renewals Manager to address large rate increases on renewals and conduct Renewal Reviews with alternate solutions 30+ days in advance.Establish and maintain good working relationships with company partners.Prepare proposals and summaries of insurance as needed.Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Handle all aspects of Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance (including E&S Policies, NFIP Flood, Private Market Flood).Participate in any special projects at management's request.Provide an extraordinary level of customer service to existing and prospective clients.Must have strong written, oral and phone communication skills.Must have the ability to understand and analyze insurance coverage and policy forms.Must follow agency workflows and procedures for using our Agency Management System.Our Ideal Candidate:

Must execute exceptional organization and time management skills.Be able to set, maintain, and execute priorities while comfortably multitasking in a very fast-paced work environment.Ability to meet deadlines for providing replacement coverage, alternate quotes, conducting renewal reviews and client inquiries.Comfortable with working under limited supervision and making decisions independently in the course of managing a book of business, taking ownership of tasks as they arise, as well as supporting a collaborative team environment.Be driven, enthusiastic and possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skillset.Possess outstanding presentation and communication skills.P&C License Required8+ years of Personal Lines experience required.EPIC knowledge preferred.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) required.Proficient knowledge/experience with quoting in and servicing directly in the carrier platforms.
