About the Role

As a

Personal Lines Account Manager , you’ll join an independent agency’s personal lines division. Growing, and at capacity with current accounts, they need your help with day-to-day administration of accounts. You’ll support producers and a senior client manager. The company also offers a great private company culture if you want to leave behind the national broker politics without sacrificing account complexity.Duties & Responsibilities

Gather information from clients to help with renewal preparation and remarketing/placementRate and quote through online carrier platformsDeliver quotes to clients; compile information, paperwork, and small presentation materialsHandle daily service requests (ID cards, COI, and endorsements)Skills & Experience

To be considered for this role you must offer:Strong personal lines experience, working with high net worth or affluent clients strongly preferredBe familiar with policies, underwriting review, and quoting business with multiple carriersComfortable with data entry in an agency management system, preferably Applied/EPICCan work in Excel to prepare premium/loss summariesMust possess MA State Property and Casualty licenseCompensation, Benefits, & Perks

$75-90,000 + comprehensive benefits package + flexible hybrid WFH schedule
