Location: Fort Lauderdale, where our established office has been thriving for 19 years. We manage personal and commercial lines of insurance across 16 states.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the personal or commercial lines insurance marketplace.

Licensing: 440 P&C License or 220 License required.

Expertise: Proficiency in quoting Citizens Property and Casualty Insurance, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant personal lines experience.

Skills: Exceptional communication and policy marketing skills, with the ability to navigate various lines of business effectively.

Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, making timely decisions and recommendations.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in the Epic/Applied Management system or similar platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and service a portfolio of high-net-worth personal lines accounts.

Provide personalized insurance solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.

Identify opportunities to transition clients from personal lines to commercial accounts.

Collaborate with our commercial lines team to expand your expertise and grow your book of business.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in personal lines insurance, preferably with high-net-worth clients.

Strong understanding of personal insurance products and markets.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
