We are seeking a highly motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the Insurance industry. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and possess a comprehensive understanding of Personal Lines of Insurance. The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all client needs are met.

Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of high net worth clients and maintain strong relationships with themProvide exceptional customer service and ensure that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient mannerExperience in servicing a large book of business in a fast-paced environmentMust have a strong history in servicing clients in the state of CaliforniaDevelop and implement strategies to increase revenue and retain clientsAnalyze client data and provide recommendations to improve coverage and reduce riskCollaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and pricing for policiesStay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide clients with the most current informationAttend industry events and conferences to network with peers and gain new business opportunitiesTrain and mentor junior staff members to ensure that they are providing high-quality service to clientsQualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Personal Lines InsuranceComprehensive understanding of property and casualty insuranceCPCU and CIC designations preferredExperience working with AMS 360 or similar agency management systemStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent organizational and time management skillsProven track record of managing a portfolio of high net worth clientsDemonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategiesKnowledge of industry trends and regulationsAbility to mentor and train junior staff members
