Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships key decision-makers in the Commercial and Industrial building industry
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
Give presentations to showcase companies services.
Act as an advisor to clients, providing guidance and solutions
Manage a high volume of leads to ensure timely follow-up and engagement.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management
Qualifications
Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably within the commercial construction painting industry
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
Collaborative team player with a customer-centric mindset
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
