Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee fulfillment strategies and opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction.Research industry best practices to develop and implement new and innovative ways to provide service and delivery to our customers.Partner with and lead cross-functional teams, including our carriers, licensees and 3rd party vendors, to problem-solve and improve fulfillment performance with the overall goal of improved customer satisfaction and retention.Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) daily, weekly, and monthly to identify trends and opportunities.Manage and maintain departmental SOPs, ensuring their ongoing accuracy and effectiveness.Collaborate with diverse stakeholders (vendors, carriers, staff, and leaders) to reach mutually beneficial agreements.Strike the perfect balance between cost-effective carrier options and fast delivery times for exceptional customer satisfaction.Lead the employee lifecycle by making recommendations on hiring, development plans, promotions, and compensation adjustments. Facilitate performance conversations and guide corrective actions when necessary.Providing regular performance feedback and coaching: Work closely with each team member to identify strengths, address weaknesses, and set clear goals for development.Demonstrate the Company's Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.What Do You Need?

Bachelor's degree in a business related field or equivalent work experience, Required.7-10 years' experience in ecommerce operations or related role, Required.Supervisory/Management experience.Advanced analytical, problem solving and optimization skills.Strong skills in agility, along with the ability to pivot easily when directions and priorities change on short notice.Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems.Strong research and innovation skills.Strong knowledge of and ability to apply Continuous Improvement.Strong attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Effective time management and organizational skills.Work independently as well as in a team environment.Document management system.Maintain confidentiality.Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints.Excellent computer skills, including experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Quantum Metric), Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI and Miro.Perform under strong demands in a fast-paced environment.Work professionally with customers and co-workers to efficiently serve our customers, treating both with enthusiasm and respectDisplay empathy, understanding and patience with employees and external customers.Respond professionally in situations with difficult employee/vendor/customer issues or inquiries.Moderate domestic travel and opportunity for international travel.Who Are We?
