You will play an integral role in Adobe's ongoing compensation strategy by processing results, implementing Adobe controls, assigning quotas and providing ongoing support for the commissionable employees in the field.What you’ll do

Handle commission results autonomously and continuously seek to improve existing processesMaintain controls required for accurate payout of commissionsLead quota and territory assignment and ongoing alignmentCollaborate with our finance partners to provide accurate and timely payments to field employeesTimely and accurate resolution of commissions questions/disputes from field employeesDevelop, maintain and update systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation and sales team metricsDevelop and present business insights to Sales Operations managementMaintain and help run the sales incentive compensation processesGuide special projects, such as data analysis, process improvement, report building, commissions modelingWhat you’ll need to succeed

BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related degree2-3 years experience in an analyst role in sales compensation, FP&A, or sales operations at a high-growth technology company with recurring revenue (SaaS)Experience working with PowerBI, Anaplan, Salesforce, incentive compensation systemsStrong analytical and reasoning skillsStrong interpersonal communication skillsAbility to manage ambiguityExperience driving initiativesAdvanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, vlookups, data modeling, etc.)Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $76,400 -- $163,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
