A law firm seeks a highly experienced Senior Income Tax Associate Attorney with over 6+ years of substantive tax experience, particularly in transactional tax. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and managing junior associates and paralegals. The role requires significant client contact and an emphasis on pass-through entities, C-Corporation planning, and related tax strategies.
