The hiring range for this role is:92,086.00 - 129,145.00This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for

The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.ResponsibilitiesLeads and participates on project teams and interacts with internal and Plan staff to develop and enhance business opportunities including the introduction of new services, products, and features. Conducts information gathering interviews and promotes Team interaction and project management toward accomplishment of BCBSA and Plan objectives. Creates innovative conceptual designs for new National products and services.Lead mid-sized projects and components of larger multi-year projects to develop and enhance National programs. Develop design concepts and policy and technical operational components. Develop and execute implementation plans.Design survey instruments, collect and analyze data on health care issues, competitors, and health plan performance; contribute to design of national delivery programs. Analyze business issues and develop approaches to enhancements and problem resolution.Facilitate Plan and internal workgroups to develop consensus on goals and processes. Obtain Plan input for business requirements and development issues. Interact with internal and Plan staff to build cooperative relationships.Summarize the results of analyses in reports, notes, manuals, spreadsheets, and charts; and develop presentation slides.As an individual and a team/project leader facilitate and conduct communications of new initiatives, requirements, and opportunities. Present findings to internal and Plan staff; participate in/lead project team discussions of the conclusions and direction of analytical work.EducationBachelor's Degree in Business or related fieldExperienceBusiness experienceExperience in identifying data/information needs; acquiring and organizing data, delivering analysis and identifying major findings.Experience with independently leading data gathering activities, framing problems, and guiding construction of survey instruments.SkillsAbility to lead and guide workgroups and teams to develop consensus on objectives and problem resolution for a broad range of topics and scope.Ability to prepare work plans and manage mid-sized projects (budget and resources) and portions of projects.Ability to create and communicate innovative conceptual models and synthesize diverse types of information.Ability to independently lead data gathering activities, frame problems, and guide construction of survey instruments.People ManagementNo#LI-Hybrid
