The hiring range for this role is:

$92,086.00 - $129,145.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate’s position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for

annual bonus incentive pay.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct primary/secondary research, synthesize findings, and identify strategic recommendations.

Support strategic planning including BCBS Plan engagement.

Project lead for mid-size projects and portions of larger projects.

Provide coaching and oversight to junior staff.

Develop executive deliverables and present findings to inform and influence key decision makers.

Build relationships across BCBSA and foster collaboration.

EducationBachelor's Degree in related discipline.

ExperienceA minimum of 3 years related business experience.

Experience with business/product strategy development and application of analytical methods.

Strong project lead skills and demonstrated experience in preparing work plans leading small to mid-sized projects and portions of larger projects.

Demonstrated ability to make presentations to internal staff members and broader audiences as appropriate.

Strong relationship building and influence skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently.

Strong record of academic and professional achievement.

Familiarity with health insurance industry and concepts highly desirable.

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to lead hypothesis development and integration.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong facilitation and presentation skills.

Mentoring skills: ability to mentor junior staff and aid in career development.
