Our state-of-the-art, 4 OR ambulatory surgery center is made up of compassionate team members who partner with leading orthopedic and spine surgeons to deliver high-quality, exceptional care to our patients.Position Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic Operating Room (OR) team. As an integral member of our surgical services department, you will play a critical role in providing safe and effective care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.Responsibilities:Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Prepare operating rooms and assist with surgical equipment setup, instrumentation, and sterilization.Monitor patients' vital signs and responses to anesthesia and surgical interventions, intervening as needed to maintain stability.Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding surgical procedures, postoperative care, and recovery.Adhere to established protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety guidelines.Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Utah.Experience working in an operating room (OR) setting.BLS and ACLS certifications required; CNOR certification preferred.Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.*Bonus eligibility: Full-time employment only and must remain in full-time status throughout employment.
