Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-5PMUnit: HSSC Holladay | CYFPay: Starting at $15.75/hour+ (Rate increase is calculated based on years of experience in a similar role)
The Office Specialist performs various duties, including administrative and clinical tasks, to ensure continuity of care for clients. The Office Specialist plans, organizes, and tracks services for clients and also performs administrative functions within the unit.
Essential Functions
Coordinates with billing and insurance providersSends renewal authorizations and concurrent reviews and checks the status of insurance for clientsInputs OQ scores and RANT assessment scores to online databaseCompletes documentation on services providedAnswers program phone calls and routes communication
Provides administrative support on assigned projects

Licenses/Certifications
