Job Description

The Lead Duck Creek Engineer builds the product envisioned by the Product Owner and other stakeholders. Work with Business and subject matter experts to gather and validate the requirements. Work with Enterprise / Solution architects in designing solution.

This role requires in-depth knowledge of Duck Creek Platform, agile/scrum, change orientation and effective communication capabilities

Job Description:
• Configure and customize Duck Creek Claims software according to specified requirements, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with insurance industry best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to understand client needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Duck Creek platform.
• Perform detailed analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of Duck Creek Claims components, including UIs, business rules, and transactional logic.
• Implement and manage integrations with external systems and data sources to enhance claims processing capabilities.
• Work closely with the QA team to identify, diagnose, and resolve system issues, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the claims management system.
• Participate in the development of project documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and operational support materials.
• Stay updated with the latest Duck Creek Claims features, releases, and best practices to continually enhance system functionality and performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing questions and issues related to the Duck Creek Claims system.
• Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for users on the Duck Creek Claims system features and functionalities.
• Should able to identify and Remediate components that are not conformant to DCOD Cloud standard for Claims

Qualifications
• Experience in the P&C insurance with very good understanding of FNOL, Desktop, Payments, rules , forms , Strong experience on Duck Creek Claims Platform 11.x, 12.x and DCOD with upgrade techniques.
• Debugging Tools Data Tester, TSV Debugger, CSS / XML / XSLT, Forms , Console Configuration , Rules, Batch Processing , Task and Notification , Customization / Custom development using C# and Asp.net, Sql Server
• Individual should be well versed with duck creek latest version 12
• well, exposure in the integration side
• Individual contributor
• Person should be good in Claims
• Hands on experience in Implementation projects

The pay range for the role is $117,000 to $189,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
