DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe Director of Supply Chain will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our supply chain operations within our manufacturing environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive transformation projects, optimize processes, and lead a team to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations. The Director will work closely with various departments to ensure the seamless flow of materials from suppliers to production to delivery to customers, aiming to enhance overall supply chain performance and contribute to the company's success.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the company’s business goalsLead the transformation of supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levelsDrive continuous improvement initiatives across all supply chain functionsOperational Management:

Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distributionEnsure the timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials, components, and finished goodsMonitor supply chain performance metrics and implement corrective actions as neededTeam Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain teamFoster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the teamManage relationships with key suppliers, logistics providers, and other external partnersCollaboration and Communication:

Work closely with manufacturing, quality, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for supply chain initiativesCommunicate effectively with senior leadership and other stakeholders to report on supply chain performance and project progressCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of supply chain projectsFinancial Management:

Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost control and financial performanceIdentify and implement cost-saving opportunities throughout the supply chainConduct financial analysis and reporting related to supply chain operationsTechnology and Innovation:

Implement and optimize supply chain technology solutions, such as ERP, WMS, and TMS systemsStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in the supply chainQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environmentASCM certifications/experience desiredProven experience in leading supply chain transformation projects and initiativesStrong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distributionExtensive experience with ERP/DRP/TMS/WMS systemsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to develop and implement strategic plans and drive operational excellenceProficiency in supply chain management software and technology solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel as needed to support supply chain operations and projectsWhy work for Cornerstone Building Brands?Our teams are at the heart of our purpose to positively contribute to the communities where we

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
