Key Responsibilities

:Assist with the development and prosecution of complex securities and derivative litigation casesDraft pleadings, motions, and consolidated complaintsPlay a supportive role in discovery processesConduct thorough legal research and analysisDemonstrate excellent writing and time management skills

Requirements

:JD from an ABA-accredited law school2+ years of relevant complex litigation experience (ideally securities class action and/or single plaintiff and/or derivative cases in State and Federal Courts)Active membership in good standing with the California Bar AssociationStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills
