As a key player in our organization, you will lead the development of data products and insights for enterprise to onboard the most profitable deals for PayPal Inc and deliver a best-in-class observability platform to ensure a frictionless merchant experience by addressing the merchant pricing concerns proactively. Meet the team:

We are the PayPal Enterprise pricing “Center of Excellence” team responsible for building insights and data visualization platforms that simplify data access and deliver actionable insights, aiding in revenue growth, margin and cost optimization. We work with cross-functional teams across the organization to deliver top-notch data experiences identifying business problems impacting revenue and margins and work with stakeholders to address those opportunities.

Your Day to Day - In this role you will:Define, own, and execute the product roadmap for the team aligning with short- and long-term business and organizational needs.Drive innovation, ideation discussions with partners, product requirements definition, deliverables planning, and execution.Clearly solicit feedback and distill vision, strategy, product benefits, and results to our internal customers.Work on problem discovery and solutioning and aligning it with top KPIs and generating new revenue opportunities and margins for the company.Provide the right level of support and direction to keep the engineering team working efficiently and aligned with the overall product strategy.Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch.Troubleshoot product issues and answer product questions – be a Pricing data and domain Product ‘expert’.Collaborate with business users, product functional teams, engineering, legal, global cross-functional stakeholders, design, and other teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality features.Full stack application development product experience including front end, backend, and API development to guide the design and delivery of applications for improved insights and observability into business, enabling effective decision making and incremental revenue generation for the company.Identify and remediate any revenue leakage opportunities through AI/ML and data.Drive next-level predictive and prescriptive analytics providing the ability to detect and correct errors via automation.Review and provide feedback on the technical specs and architectural design documents.Leverage data and experimentation to drive growth and optimize product performance.Work with a wide variety of business partners and operations teams to define and implement the strategy to scale the products across a wide user base.Inspire, collaborate, and communicate across all levels of the organization with your product vision and customer obsession.Prioritize and maintain a balance between ongoing maintenance/bugs, new feature requests.Participate in regular cadences (stand ups, retrospective, planning meetings) and be engaged with the team throughout the product life cycle.

What you need to bring:BS or MS in STEM is strongly preferred.You have at least 10+ years of industry experience with 5+ years in product management.Experience in Pricing, Billing in an Internet application, Payments, e-Commerce, or Online Banking is ideal. AI/ML experience is a plus.Prior experience in delivering successful and innovative Technology products from conception to launch with your fingerprints all over them.Exposure to working cross-functionally (with global business lines, engineering, and design, etc.) and developing strong relationships that help build trust across partner teams.You are familiar with systems thinking, analytics, and experiment design, data-driven decision-making ability.You are Customer Obsessed, Deeply Analytical, excellent storyteller, execution machine.Have strong communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills; able to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner at all levels of the organization and across multiple domains.Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, handling multiple priorities concurrently with minimal guidance is a must.You have a high bar across the board with a never-ending desire to grow and learn.A true passion for PayPal’s mission, our products to create magical experiences for our customers.
