You’ll wear many hats, from discovery and design, to quality assurance, to developer and admin. You will have the opportunity to learn and use the newest Salesforce technologies, as well as work with many other teams in our Product and Marketing orgs developing new integrations and creating next-gen tools for our partners.Experience in fast-paced, technical environments experiencing rapid growth and changeAbility to adapt, to be flexible, and to learn quickly in a dynamic environmentExcellent organizational skills including ability to prioritize tasks efficiently with high level of attention to detailProactively identify partner needs and perform discovery and design on solutions to meet those needsWork collaboratively with other developer/admins on the same code baseWork with internal technology partners on new and existing integrationsMentor and guide junior engineersParticipate in product and feature design with product team and business partnersDesign applications based on common design patterns and best practicesPlan, design, and enhance automation frameworks and toolsParticipate in and contribute to code reviewsUse the latest Salesforce technology and methodsMinimum Requirements8+ years experience with Salesforce Platform technologies2+ years of experience with JavaScriptSalesforce Marketing Cloud Developer experience (APIs, AMPScript, SSJS, Automations, Journey Builder, etc)Trailhead Ranger statusExtensive understanding of Object Oriented (OO) design patterns such as MVCExperience with SOAP & REST APIsExperience with data modeling designRelational database experience (SOQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)Ability to learn quickly and be a self-starterAbility to multi-task in a dynamic environmentExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologyExperience developing in an enterprise environment such as source code control, continuous deployment, release managementA related technical degree requiredPreferred RequirementsFull Stack Software Engineering experienceExperience writing unit testsExperience working with automated CI/CDAccommodations: If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.Posting Statement: At Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
