We build great client relationships through consultative selling, client site meetings, sales presentations and regular entertainment such as lunch/dinners, sporting events and exciting excursions.Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:Research, market and effectively present Judge services to new and existing clientsPenetrate new business through in-person meetings/presentations with key client managers and senior executivesGenerate new business through telephone calls and participation in networking organizations/eventsSuccessfully expand and maintain existing client baseMaintain consistent pipeline of existing and prospective businessSecure qualified opportunities from existing and new clientsSuccessfully identify, engage and recruit top tier information technology talentBuild and maintain candidate communities within emerging technologies (data science/advanced analytics, IoT, Blockchain, Cyber Security, Cloud, DevOps, etc...)Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:2+ years of business development, B2B sales or preferably full desk recruiting experience; with a proven track record of successKey traits: Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, commission-oriented/money-motivated, strong desire to succeed, hunter/farmerExperience breaking and developing local mid-market and/or national accountsStrong communication and presentation skillsBachelor's degree preferredInformation technology industry experience preferred, but not a hard requirement for an energetic sales professional, that has the desire and aptitude to learn about the technology space.
