Business development of new and existing clients across industry verticals through meetings, networking, events, and other sales techniquesCreating and maintaining accurate business records within the global sales database to ensure the business has access to the most up-to-date customer dataAnalyzing relevant data to develop an in-depth understanding of our clients and their needs to enable relevant servicesUnderstanding the lifetime value of a client; demonstrating a service-led approach, responding to first-line client queries in an efficient manner; escalating issues where appropriate in the interests of service deliveryProviding support on transactional sales tasks to ensure a high level of service deliveryArranging client meetings & interviews; keeping the client informed throughoutMeeting agreed performance standards that may relate to the number of job vacancies added or client feedback scores (NPS)Requirements:

As a suitable applicant, you must be:1-3 years sales experience, including cold- and warm-calling, pitching, and negotiating1-3 years of New Business DevelopmentExperience working with large high-volume accountsStrong planning and organizational skills with a proven ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasksEffective communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and relationship buildingPrevious experience of meeting business deadlinesAmbitiousHighly competitiveResilient & TenaciousCoachable and willing to implement feedbackBenefits:
