We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Lead to mentor and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives. This role focuses on training, developing, and supporting an SDR team to achieve their goals, contributing to overall team success and achievement of revenue objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales development strategies, and a passion for nurturing talent.

What you will do

:

Lead, mentor, and coach a team of SDRs, focusing on their professional growth and development to help them achieve and exceed their targets.

Develop and implement training programs and best practices to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the SDR team.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and prospecting within defined territories or industries.

Utilize various communication tools, including LinkedIn, phone communications, and emails, to educate and engage future customers effectively.

Drive brand and product awareness in the market, ensuring the SDR team is well-versed in the company's offerings and value propositions.

Oversee the scheduling of qualified appointments for the Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce).

You Will Be a Great Fit If:

You have 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS experience with a track record of success in sales or business development.

You bring prior management experience, leading SDR teams and operating as a player/coach.

You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.

You have a deep understanding of best practices in sales approaches, prospect management, sales cycles, and cadences.

You demonstrate strong leadership abilities and have a passion for mentoring and developing others.

You are well-versed in various sales methodologies and can effectively apply them to the SDR team's activities.

You are comfortable working in an office environment in Atlanta (minimum 3 days a week in office).
