One of Addison Group’s clients is seeking an Office Manager to support as the point of contact in their office.

3-5 years of office management experience

Strong Communicator, Friendly, Organized, Detail-Oriented
Education –
Bachelors Degree Preferred
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage office operations and procedures, including administrative services, facilities, supplies and vendor relations
Serve as primary contact for building security
Manage supply ordering and general upkeep of the office
Act as a Project Manager for specific projects including office set ups, lobby management and company wide meetings
Organize office workflow by scheduling and coordinating staff, communicating essential information, and organizing/planning meeting and events with internal and external parties
Manage front desk phone lines and ensure proper communication and forwarding services
Serve as a liaison between senior management and administrative personnel to ensure both leaders and administrative staff are receiving the support/ resources needed for the office to operate effectively
