About Our Client:

Addison Group’s client is seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to provide key administrative and strategic support to their growing team. This role will focus on coordinating project activities and ensuring timely delivery of programmatic initiatives.

Job Description:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project timelines, managing reports, coordinating meetings, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Strategic Support:

Assist with programmatic initiatives, providing both administrative and strategic support.

Timeline Management:

Ensure target deliverables are met by managing and tracking project timelines.

Report Management:

Oversee project reporting, working with Excel and internal databases to track progress.

Meeting Coordination:

Schedule and organize meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Correspondence:

Maintain regular communication with project funders, partners, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Experience:

2-4 years in administrative support or project coordination.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.

Soft Skills:

Professional, detail-oriented, flexible, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

BA/BS required.
