Information Systems Business Analyst 3
Type: 12-Month Contract
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA (on-site) - ONLY USC AND GC WORKS
The Information Systems Business Analyst 3 is an experienced professional adept at applying theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT implementation field, involving technology-based analysis of business practices, processes, and problems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop solutions through process design, policy, or procedural changes to meet business requirements.Create detailed specifications for processes and/or systems; validate requirements against business needs.Plan and execute unit integration and/or end-user acceptance testing; develop training materials for project implementation.Conduct requirements development to satisfy business needs for IT Facilities/Implementations as part of the project.Assess existing data, applications, infrastructure, equipment, workflows, and technology to analyze functionality, efficiency, and productivity.Assist IT Implementations/Facilities with development and implementation aligned with business requirements for the construction project.Combine technical knowledge and business acumen to evaluate needs and identify potential solutions.Plan projects and draft detailed plans and/or technical documentation; create metrics, dashboards, and analytical documents for IT leadership reporting.Collaborate with IT Facilities project managers to provide project support.Act as a liaison between business customers, other departments, and IT Facilities technical teams.Identify and drive improvements and efficiency initiatives in IT Facilities support for the project.Top 3 Required Skills
Experience with Enterprise OrganizationsProven ability to work across various enterprise-level organizations and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.IT Facilities Management ExperienceIdeal candidates will have experience in managing IT facilities projects, particularly new builds from the ground up.Candidates who have only worked at a single company for many years without new facility build-out experience may not be suitable.Project Management and Technical DocumentationDemonstrated expertise in project planning, drafting detailed technical documentation, and creating analytical documents for reporting.Regards,
