Carabiner Group an SBI Growth Company, is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and process-driven Solution Architect to join our team. In this role you will solve complex business problems through technology, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients’ business needs. Internally, you’ll have an outsized impact on the direction of our firm through supporting growth of our team via staff mentorship and technology ideation. In a nutshell, in this role you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex technical solutions and supporting development of technical resources on the team to ensure successful delivery of best practice solutions.Ensure the client’s needs are met with clear and comprehensive technical designs.Design and implement complex technical solutions on the Salesforce platformDesign integrations between Salesforce and other systems and data sourcesCreate technical documentation to capture business requirements and technology solutionsCollaborate with technical resources to address complex requirements and ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutionsProvide technical leadership and mentoring to other members of the teamEnsure technical designs are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practicesContribute to the development of and adherence to DevOps standards and processesSupport development and refinement of RevOps product offeringsCollaborate with project stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and objectivesCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersMaintain in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and stay up-to-date with new features and capabilitiesEngage in hands-on system configuration to ensure optimal setup.Serve as ultimate technical authority and escalation point for in-flight projects.Strong experience using APEX on previous projects; Abilities to review / share feedback on Salesforce coding best practices supporting application scalabilityWhat you’ll need:Required:8+ years of enterprise software delivery experience.5+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience, including leading complex projects involving customization and integrations.In-depth knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of the Salesforce platform.Strong background in SalesTech, MarTech, CSTech platforms. Salesforce Expert is a must, Hubspot and adjacent technologies are helpful as well.Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to delegate tasks effectively to team members.Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients professionally.Experience in pre-sales activities and creating actionable project plans.Required Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce System Architect, Data Architect, Platform DeveloperProven ability to effectively design a solution that meets client business needsAbility to collaborate and work effectively in a team setting.
