Communication Technology Services (CTS)
is one of the largest integrators and managed service providers for enterprise cellular networks in the U.S., specializing in the design, installation, management and support of Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Small Cell and 4G/5G Private Cellular Networks (PCN) for Enterprise and Public Sector customers. We have an established presence in the Desert region and an office in Las Vegas.
We are seeking an experienced sales hunter to lead the sales motion in Las Vegas, Nevada. Depending on the candidate's rolodex the territory may be expanded accordingly.
The ideal candidate will
reside in Las Vegas , be comfortable selling to the C- Suite and have a proven track record in Enterprise Sales of the following technical solutions:Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)Private LTE/5G Cellular NetworksPublic Safety SystemsWLAN SolutionsSDLANFiber-to-the-EdgeWireless as a ServiceThe RoleThe Sales Director is
first and foremost a hunter role . In this role, you'll prospect for your own opportunities based on the network you've built, sell jointly with CTS's channel partners in the Desert Region and engage opportunities with Enterprise customers from within CTS's installed base.
Key responsibilities of the Sales Director position will include :
Assist operations with site walks to enable proposal generationProposal generation to customersManaging responsibilities with customers and prospects regarding:Sales callsProposal generationChange orders (if needed)Problem resolutionSchedule assistLeads generationEstablishing local relationshipsWorking with carriers for opportunities that do not fit their ROIAttend appropriate trade showsMaintaining a sales pipeline in Salesforce and providing weekly status updates and other reporting as requiredTraveling as required to engage prospective customer opportunitiesSalary range: 110- 130K plus commission, commensurate with experience
