We seek licensed psychologists (PsyD or PhD) for full or part-time positions in our Eugene, OR location.Clinicians have flexible scheduling with a hybrid option.Compensation:The salary range for this position is $88,000 to $157,300 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Our clinicians are focused on meeting the mental health needs of our neighbors in Eugene, Springfield, and surrounding communities. Our combined team has broad counseling and psychiatric expertise, and we match our therapists to each client to address their specific needs and concerns. What sets ETOC apart is that they take pride in their clinicians' training, development, and supervision by being committed to employing students in practicum/internship in addition to candidates on their associate license. Finally, our leadership team is led by an experienced executive director with over 15 years of counseling experience, in addition to being an AAMFT-approved supervisor. She has supervised therapists and supervisors in training at Eugene Therapy and as an adjunct instructor at the University of Oregon.Eugene Therapy Oregon Counseling is a proud Refresh Mental Health network member.
