Operation of specific room/zone inside designated Haunted House, while maintaining the highest standards of safety as a Costume Character.To ensure each of our guests are given the best possible service in a prompt and friendly manner.To ensure the highest quality of service is given at all times.SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be 16+ years of age.Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with guests, co-workers and management.Must be able to work Friday-Sunday Evenings.GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Guest Service: Provide friendly and helpful service to guests. Abide by all guest service standards and code of conduct guidelines established in the Team Member handbook.Safety: Wild Waves Theme & Water Park is a Safety First workplace; the promotion of a safe working environment and elimination of safety hazards is a key function of all positions.Team Work: Employees must work together towards the common goals of the Park while maintaining a respectful and efficient work environment.Cleanliness: Keep the work location and the Park clean and sanitary for Guests, as well as fellow employees. Cleaning duties may require standing, stooping, and bending to pick up trash and debris and the use of cleaning tools and chemicals.SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following duties and responsibilities are required to be performed by the person filling this position. To perform the job successfully, the person must possess the abilities and aptitudes to perform each duty and responsibility proficiently.Costuming & Make-Up: Ensure you are in costume and appropriate make-up/mask each night under the direction of the Haunted House Leadership Team.Scare Zone: Be in assigned scare zone/room and use approved scare techniques to frighten guests and heighten the Haunted House experience. Be in character at all times. Develop scare techniques and character movements to enhance your designed character.Safety: Focus on the guest experience. Assist guests who are too frightened to continue out the nearest Emergency Exit.Team Work: Work collectively as part of the Haunted House team to provide a positive experience for guests and team members.Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Haunted House and the dressing room.Other Duties as Assigned: Additional duties may be assigned based on the needs of the department and the park.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
