Denamico is seeking a motivated
Marketing Director
to join our team.Denamico is an award-winning Diamond HubSpot partner focused on helping B2B businesses scale and grow their marketing and sales operations.To date, we’ve grown based on referrals, our deep integration within the HubSpot ecosystem, and to a lesser extent, our content marketing efforts.Now, we’re leaning into content marketing to help grow our audience, create demand, and ultimately, drive new business. We’re not doing it the boring way either (keywords and SEO exclusively) –– we’ve recently launched our podcast and plan to leverage the insights shared there and turn them into unique, thought-leadership content across other channels and mediums (i.e. blog, social media, email, and events).As we look to continue our growth, we've prioritized more experienced talent across the board, including sales and customer experience. Now, with our client-facing side humming, we're looking to open up the funnel and need an experienced marketer who's willing to roll up their sleeves and help us do that. Denamico is looking for an experienced marketer to help us drive these efforts, both in terms of content creation as well as the operational work necessary to publish, share, and send this content.About You

Develop and oversee our marketing plan.Plan and create compelling content, including blog posts, content offers, landing pages, client success stories, and other assets to distribute across digital and sales channels.Leverage our podcast, RevOps champions, to create other supporting content across our blog, social media, and email.Develop and manage email campaigns to convert and nurture contacts in order to generate leads.Lead and support employer brand-focused initiatives for targeted talent segments.Work with internal stakeholders to manage the planning, budget, and logistics for Denamico-hosted events.Present ideas & tactical plans to drive community engagement.Coordinate the planning & logistics for the quarterly Twin Cities HubSpot User Group (TC HUG), including guest outreach, scheduling, and pre-recording meetings.Communicate the quality of delivery to ensure that contracted services are delivered on time, in scope and budget, and achieve the intended goals.Work with partners to create & distribute performance reports to internal stakeholders.RoleResponsibilitiesDemand GenerationIdentify & present strategic recommendations & tactical plans to drive awareness and interest in Denamico throughout the entire lifecycleManage campaign budget, reporting, and ROI tracking of all demand generation programs and optimize for sales effectivenessCampaign Management(Lead, Talent, & Customer)Develop and manage campaigns to convert & nurture contacts to generate leadsDrive conversion throughout the funnel, resulting in marketing-attributed sales opportunitiesLead employer brand-focused initiatives for targeted talent segmentsEnsure brand consistency over various internal and external channelsContent CreationPlan and create compelling content, including blog posts, content offers, landing pages, email newsletters, case studies, and other assets to distribute across digital and sales channelsPlan, create, & curate content for social media channels to build community engagementEvent & Community ManagementWork with internal stakeholders to manage the planning, budget, and logistics for Denamico-hosted eventsPresent ideas & tactical plans to drive community engagementCoordinate the planning & logistics for the Twin Cities HubSpot User Group (TC HUG), including guest outreach, scheduling, and pre-recording meetings.

5+ years experience in digital marketing & marketing automation3+ years experience creating content for blogs, social media, and email.
